She was my great-grandmother and well loved by many. The painting is a combination of two separate photos, the original is dated 1942. The Original is 24" x 36" Priced at $2,500 and comes with a beautiful frame. Prints may be purchased at my on-line store,in person and at Galley 135 in St. Croix Falls,WI
Vintage Allis Chalmers Tractor
Christine will soon be starting a painting for the town of Dexter Iowa. It will be used to raise funds for the towns historical society and to help preserve their history. It will be about 3ft x 4ft and will be of president Truman in a car with the town in the back ground. She has been invited by the new Iowa State Bank in Urbandale (outside of Des Moines) to present her work and will be releasing the new painting at that time. Dexter Iowa is a short distancefrom Urbandale. She will be showing pictures here of the painting in progress.
